I'm a certified life coach by the ICF accredited program from Life Purpose Institute and I have my B.A. in Advertising from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.

Growing up, I always envisioned the "successful" version of myself running down city streets in a slick black pantsuit and 3" leopard pumps. When I started working, the constant noise of corporate life drained me. I inherited a belief about "success" that wasn't true for me. Now I have a new definition of success - regularly connecting with & helping passionate entrepreneurs, taking calls while barefoot and in yoga pants & turning my phone off on Sundays!

I love people! Fittingly, I also love to have deep conversations - a 2-hour talk with my mom over coffee at the kitchen table, going on a hike with an old friend, sitting down for a glass of wine with a new friend. Those are my favorite moments. It totally lights me up to have a career that combines human connection and deep conversation - I plan to do this into my late 90s. Perhaps, then, we can teleport.

Creative expression is something I can't go without in my career. It was fostered in me by all four of my grandparents - each of whom found great joy in creativity. One was an attorney turned painter/sculptor, one sewed most of her own clothing, one carved wooden birds & wove baskets and the other was a beautiful writer & avid reader.

I believe the world has so much to offer us - specifically through the pursuit of our purpose and I believe we only come to understand our purpose if we take the time to think about it with wonder.
